Cocoon Cookies

COCOON COOKIES This is a tradition from my Grandmother, Marie
Ingredients:
2 Sticks Butter, Softened
4 large heaping Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 large heaping Cup Flour
1-2 Cups Pecans, Chopped

Preheat oven 275.

Cream Butter and mix all ingredients into the butter mixture. Shape into skinny logs.

Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

To finish: Roll into powdered sugar to coat.
