Corn and Crab Bisque

CORN AND CRAB BISQUE
Ingredients:
1 Onion, Diced
3 Sticks Celery, Diced
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Tsp Tabasco
1 Tsp Liquid Crab Boil
1 Quart Half & Half
1 Lb Crab Meat
1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Thyme
3 Tbsp Flour
1 Can Cream Corn
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Chopped

Saute onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic and butter. Once vegetables start to soften, Add salt, Tabasco, thyme, and crab boil. Add flour and mix well. Cook about another 2 minutes. Add half and half and corn. Cook on med-low about 10 minutes. Fold in crab meat and green onions.
