Baked Mediterranean Style Chicken

BAKED MEDITERRANEAN STYLE CHICKEN - Weight Watchers Friendly

Ingredients:
3 Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary (or ½ Tbsp Dried)
1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Thyme (or ½ Tbsp Dried)
1 Tbsp Grated Orange Zest
2 Tsp Olive Oil
½ Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat oven 400.

Toss together chicken, garlic, rosemary, thyme, orange zest, oil, red pepper, salt in a large bowl to coat.

Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. Increase oven to 450. Sprinkle vinegar over chicken. Continue baking until chicken is browned and registers 170 degrees on meat thermometer, about 10 minutes. Transfer to platter and let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
