Double Chocolate Almond Cookies

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ALMOND COOKIES


Ingredients: 

2 1/3 Cup Flour
¾ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
¾ Tsp Salt
1 ¼ Cup (2 ½ Sticks) Butter, Room Temperature
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 ½ Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
1 Cup Almonds, Slivered

Directions: 

Preheat oven 350

In medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

In mixer bowl with paddle, cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix together. Add flour mixture until well combined.

Add chocolates and almonds and mix well. Drop dough 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake 15 minutes.

Cookies will be very soft when removed from oven, but will firm when cooled.
