Honeycrisp Apple Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

HONEYCRISP APPLE SALAD WITH POPPY SEED DRESSING
 Ingredients:


Salad Ingredients:
1-2 Medium Honeycrisp Applies, sliced very thin
Mixed Greens (spring mix, baby spinach, romaine, etc.)
1 Cup Pecan Halves, toasted or candied
¾ Cup Dried Cranberries
4 oz Feta or Blue Cheese, crumbled

Dressing: 
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1/4 Tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients into a bowl and whisk well. 


Place greens in plate. Add sliced apples, pecan halves, cranberries and cheese. Sprinkle with dressing to evenly coat.
