Skinny Pizza Pasta

SKINNY PIZZA PASTA
Ingredients: 

1 Lb Ground Turkey
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1 (26 oz) Jar Spaghetti Sauce (I used Prego Light Smart)
8 Oz Whole Grain Rotini Pasta, Cooked and Drained
2 Cups Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
32 Slices Turkey Pepperoni (either leave whole and top or cut into 4 and mix in)
½ Red Bell Pepper, Diced (Optional)
Hand Full of Sliced Mushrooms, Diced (Optional)
Hand Full of Black Olives, Sliced (Optional)
2-3 Canned Artichoke Hearts, Diced (Optional)
Salt, Pepper, Tony’s Chachere, Garlic Powder, Oregano, To Taste

Preheat oven 350.

In skillet, heat oil and saute onions and garlic until soft. Add turkey until cooked. Add seasonings. Mix well and drain if necessary.

In a large bowl, pour in cooked pasta, turkey mixture, spaghetti sauce, pepperoni if diced up and 2 cups cheese.

Place mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan.

If not dicing pepperoni, place on top of mixture in pan.

Place in oven 25-30 minutes until heated through.
