Ingredients:
4 Boneless Pork Chops
½ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Pepper
10 oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Reduced Sodium, Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup to make it more weight friendly)
¼ Cup Water
4 Carrots, Chopped
¼ Lb Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Oregano, dried
½ Tsp Thyme, dried
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Spray skillet with
cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown on each side,
about 2 minutes per side.
Combine soup, water, Worcestershire, oregano and thyme in a
bowl and mix well. Add carrots and mushrooms. Place this mixture into crock
pot. Add pork chops on top of mixture. Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8
on low until pork is fork tender.
