Spicy Country Vegetable Soup for Weight Loss

SPICY COUNTRY VEGETABLE SOUP FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Ingredients:

6 Cups Vegetable Broth
1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
2 Medium Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
½ Medium Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
12 oz bag Frozen Green Beans
6 oz can Tomato Paste
2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets, cut bite sized
2 Cups Fresh Cauliflower Florets, cut bite sized
12 oz bag Frozen Corn
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper
½ Tsp Tabasco
¼ Tsp Parsley
¼ Tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ Tsp Garlic Powder

In 6 quart pot, combine all ingredients and place over medium heat. Once you bring to a boil, lower to simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
